Find models we want to use

Find models. Investigate the following properties:

• Is it open source? (hard requirement, discard if not)
• What are the resource costs?
• Does it support multiple languages (English, German, Chinese)
• Does it support vision?

We would like one open source model that is good (maybe the best), and one that we could run locally.
