Add architecture documentation and scaffolding code

Changes

  • Add docs/architecture.md with an high-level overview over the app and its components
  • Add docs/files.md with some low-level details about what goes where
  • Add the aurora package, containing basic modules, several Python Protocols to be implemented in the future
  • Also add a basic REPL
