Fixing problems with appending additional vocabulary.

Solving problems which appeared when the vocabulary in the original word2vec format contained tab-separated multi-word phrases. Those are now converted to space-separated phrases.
In addition, some problems(on the file-level)  with the conversion to tabs were fixed.
